The Failures That Cost You.
The Engineering That Prevents Them.

Overseas buyers of custom electrical enclosures and control panel enclosures lose money to the same six failures — water ingress, corrosion, EMI leaks, overheating, impact damage, and compliance rejection. Here's exactly how our engineering eliminates each one.

Outdoor Electrical Cabinets & Distribution Boxes
Six field failures we engineer out before steel is cut.

Water Ingress & Gasket Degradation

Problem:Seals fail after years of UV and rain → internal corrosion, short circuits, costly field returns.
Our Fix:IP66/IP67 validated by EN 60529 water-jet & immersion testing; precision-cut EPDM/silicone gaskets in engineered compression grooves; UV-stable polyester powder coat rated 1000h+ salt spray; optional double-seal door frames for high-condensation zones.

Corrosion in Coastal & Industrial Sites

Problem:Galvanic corrosion between dissimilar metals; 304 stainless pits in salt air within 2–3 years.
Our Fix:316/316L stainless for marine & chemical zones; isolating nylon washers to break galvanic couples; zinc-nickel or hot-dip plating on all hardware; passivated/electropolished finishes; MTRs and REACH declarations for full material traceability.

EMC / EMI Shielding Leaks

Problem:Poor seam contact leaks EMI → equipment malfunction, failed CE/FCC compliance.
Our Fix:Continuous-fillet weld seams for low-impedance bonding; EMI gaskets (finger-stock / conductive elastomer) on door openings; shielded cable glands and filtered vent panels; design verifiable against EN 61000-6-2 and EN 61000-4-3.

Overheating in Sealed Boxes

Problem:IP66 sealing + high-power components = heat buildup, derating, premature failure.
Our Fix:CFD-assisted ventilation design — louvres, breather drains, filter-fan mounts, heat-sink bonding — matched to your power-dissipation budget before tooling; optional sun-shield roof; internal thermal simulation report included with every design.

Impact & Vandal Damage (Public Sites)

Problem:Public-access cabinets get struck, kicked, or pried; under-rated enclosures dent and breach.
Our Fix:IK10-rated designs verified per EN 62262; reinforced door frames and corner brackets; tamper-proof security fasteners; concealed hinges and multi-point lockable latching for public-access sites.

Local Certification Rejection

Problem:Imported enclosures fail your panel-builder's UL 508A / IEC 61439 certification.
Our Fix:Designed to UL 508A, IEC 61439 and EN 62208 from day one; full documentation packages — drawings, BOM, material certs, creepage calculations — ready for your certifier's review; FAI report included with every first article.

Thermal-Optimized Cabinet Design — CFD-Validated Airflow

Sealed IP66 boxes don't have to overheat. Our engineers simulate convection, place louvres, breather drains, and filter fans against your power-dissipation budget — before any steel is cut. Validated against field operating temperatures.

IP66 Sealing Proven by Water-Immersion Testing

Every prototype cabinet undergoes water-jet and immersion validation per EN 60529. Gasket groove geometry, door flatness, and compression set are engineered for 10-year sealing integrity — not just a passing lab test.

Coastal-Grade 316 Stainless for Salt-Air Sites

For marine and chemical environments, we offer 316/316L stainless with electropolished or passivated finishes — verified at 1000h+ neutral salt spray. Your cabinets survive where 304 pits and fails.

Full Production Chain.
Zero Sub-Contracting.

All processes from blanking to IP validation are performed in-house at our 5,000m² facility. AMADA equipment, ISO quality system, and 50+ skilled workers — so your enclosures never leave our control until they're fully finished and packed.

What Power Enclosure Buyers Say

Overseas buyers of custom electrical enclosures and control panel enclosures lose money to the same six failures — water ingress, corrosion, EMI leaks, overheating, impact damage, and compliance rejection. Here's exactly how our engineering eliminates each one.

★★★★★
We needed 300 outdoor distribution cabinets for a coastal substation project. SanJun specified 316L stainless and passed 1000h salt spray on the first sample. Three years in, zero corrosion complaints from the field. Their gasket groove engineering is genuinely better than our previous EU supplier.
★★★★★
UL 508A documentation was the bottleneck with our last two vendors. SanJun delivered a complete compliance package — drawings, BOM, material certs, creepage calculations — with the first article. Our panel-builder certified the enclosures in days, not weeks. On-time delivery was 100%.
★★★★★
The deflagration venting design was the deciding factor. Their engineers reworked our battery box geometry to add directional relief paths and compartmentalized bays — our safety reviewer signed off without a single change request. The V-0 compatible structure passed UL review first try.

Yes — our outdoor power cabinets are designed to UL 508A, IEC 61439, and EN 62208. We provide a complete documentation package: production drawings, BOM, material certificates, creepage/clearance calculations, and IP/IK test data — ready for your certifier's review. We do not issue the UL/CE mark ourselves, but we engineer to the standard and supply everything your inspector needs to certify.

Every prototype enclosure undergoes EN 60529 water-jet (IPX5/IPX6) and immersion (IPX7) testing in-house. We verify gasket groove geometry, door flatness, and compression set. For production batches, we conduct leak testing on a sampling basis and can perform 100% leak testing on request. Test reports are included with the shipment.

Our engineers use CFD simulation to model convection inside the enclosure against your component power-dissipation budget. We then specify louvre placement, breather drains, filter fans, heat-sink bonding, or finned profiles — before any steel is cut. The goal: IP66 sealed against water, but thermally managed so components don't derate or fail. You receive the thermal analysis with the design package.

Yes. We run neutral salt-spray testing in our in-house chamber — 316/316L stainless with passivated or electropolished finish routinely exceeds 1000h with no red rust. 304 stainless typically passes 500h+. Mill Test Reports (MTR) confirming the alloy grade and REACH declarations are included with every material batch, so your QA team can verify traceability end-to-end.

We sign a mutual NDA before any technical exchange. Your drawings, specs, and project details are confidential — never shared with third parties or used as portfolio material without written consent. All design files remain your property. We also isolate project data internally: only the assigned engineering and production teams access your files. Many of our long-term clients trust us precisely because we protect their IP.
