The multi-function control box enclosure comprises a top cover, bottom base, internal support brackets, honeycomb ventilation panels, and rack-mounting ears, all manufactured in compliance with ISO 9001 quality standards.

- Main structure: 1.5mm aluminum alloy sheet, offering an excellent strength-to-weight ratio, natural corrosion resistance, and superior thermal conductivity.
- Pre-treatment: Fully automated ultrasonic degreasing, derusting, and chromate conversion coating to create a clean, high-adhesion surface base, ensuring optimal performance for subsequent finishing.

- Honeycomb Ventilation Design: Precision-punched honeycomb ventilation panels on the front and rear sides, designed to maximize airflow while maintaining dust resistance, critical for stable heat dissipation in high-load environments.
- Aluminum Surface Finishing: Clear anodized coating applied to all aluminum panels, offering enhanced corrosion resistance, improved thermal conductivity, and a durable, non-conductive surface for electrical safety. Coating thickness is strictly controlled at 10–15μm for uniform coverage and long-lasting protection.
- Assembly & Structural Reinforcement: The top cover and bottom base are joined with precision screw fasteners, reinforced by internal support brackets and partition plates to maintain structural rigidity under heavy module loads. Rack-mounting ears are integrated into the enclosure for easy installation in standard server racks.
