    Thin aluminum & cold-steel sheets used for display screen bezels easily produce springback after CNC bending, resulting in irregular outline, inconsistent gap between screen frame and panel, and assembly failure. We adopt customized springback compensation mold design + segmented positioning bending technology, controlling bending angle tolerance within ±0.15°, ensuring flatness consistency for display screen housings and monitor shells, eliminating warpage & uneven gap defects in mass production.

  2. Eliminate Welding Deformation, Pits & Uneven Seams for High-Appearance Display & Medical Casings

    Display front bezels and medical equipment shells require flawless exterior appearance; conventional welding easily triggers thermal deformation, welding pits and rough seams. We apply pulse precision TIG welding plus subsequent precision grinding & polishing to minimize thermal distortion, realize nearly invisible welding joints, meet high cosmetic standards for exposed display & medical housings, and greatly reduce rework rate after surface treatment.

  3. Control Cumulative Tolerance for Multi-Part Assembly Matching

    Display screen assemblies consist of front bezel, middle frame, rear housing and mounting brackets; cumulative machining deviation often causes poor fitting between screen panel and shell. We implement first-article 3D coordinate full inspection, unified fixture positioning for all working procedures to lock tolerance chains, guarantee interchangeability of spare parts, simplify your final screen & equipment assembly work and lower product rejection rate.

  4. Optimize Surface Treatment to Prevent Coating Bubbling, Peeling & Color Difference

    Display shells and medical housings demand scratch resistance, corrosion resistance and uniform coating color. We adopt complete pre-treatment workflow: Degreasing → Pickling → Phosphating → Passivation before electrostatic powder coating, effectively solving paint bubbling, peeling and color inconsistency on welding seams & sharp edges; finished products pass 500-hour salt spray test, suitable for long-term indoor medical and industrial display application scenarios.

  5. Customized EMI Shielding Structure for Electronic Display Products
