Rugged materials and safety

The main body of the shell is usually made of high-quality cold-rolled steel or with environmentally friendly plates, and some models will also use a combination of steel and wood materials or aluminum. These materials ensure the durability and impact resistance of the enclosure to withstand the wear and tear of daily use in the teaching environment.

Surface treatments (e.g. antimicrobial powder coating, high temperature powder coating, etc.) are not only delicate to the touch, but also inhibit the growth of bacteria and are easy to clean and disinfect, meeting the hygiene standards of medical grade or educational facilities.

The overall design usually adopts rounded transition corners to avoid accidental bumping caused by sharp corners and enhance the safety factor.

Internal cable management is optimized with dedicated cable routing slots to keep things neat and tidy, as well as to facilitate heat dissipation and maintenance of the equipment.

Ergonomic Lifting Design
