We adopt thick‑gauge cold‑rolled steel or galvanized steel as raw materials. Full‑process precision fabrication includes laser cutting, CNC bending, heavy‑duty reinforced welding and weather‑resistant outdoor powder coating. Machining tolerance is strictly controlled within ±0.1 mm to guarantee precise fitting for inner BESS components.
The reinforced frame structure effectively prevents cabinet deformation under heavy‑weight battery packs. Pre‑reserved installation positions for cooling ducts, cable routing and power modules simplify field installation and later maintenance. Optional IP54‑IP55 sealing structure ensures stable dust‑proof and waterproof performance for complex working environments.
Full OEM & ODM customizations are supported: adjust dimensions, door layout, ventilation layout, surface RAL colors and laser‑engraved brand logos.
