Rugged materials and technology
The main body of this podium shell is usually made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate (commonly 1.2mm-1.5mm thickness), or a combination of steel and wood design (such as solid wood handrails with metal body), some models also use a full metal shell.
The surface of steel is generally after pickling, phosphating, anti-corrosion and anti-rust treatment and then electrostatic spraying, which not only enhances the corrosion resistance, but also makes the color optional and long-lasting as new.
The all-metal housing can effectively shield the internal circuit devices from radiation.
