Multimedia and intelligent equipment exposed housings have ultra-high requirements for exterior finish; conventional welding easily causes thermal deformation, pits and rough welding traces. We adopt pulse precision TIG laser welding + subsequent fine grinding & deburring process to minimize heat affected zone deformation, realize nearly invisible welding seams, reduce post-coating rework rate, and satisfy high-grade appearance standards for commercial terminal housings.

Upgrade Galvanized Steel Surface Treatment to Solve Coating Peeling & Edge Rust Problems
Galvanized steel surface has passive film that easily causes poor paint adhesion, bubbling and peeling, and cutting edges are prone to rust after long-term use. We deploy targeted pre-treatment process for galvanized substrates: special degreasing + surface activation + phosphating passivation before powder coating, effectively enhance coating adhesion; finished products pass 500-hour salt spray test, effectively extending service life for indoor and semi-outdoor equipment scenarios.
