Our stackable lithium battery storage metal enclosures are tailor-made sheet metal housings specially designed for solar photovoltaic energy storage, off-grid power supply and commercial BESS systems. Reinforced stacking frame structure supports multi-layer vertical stacking, with precise positioning lugs to control interlayer gap ≤0.05mm, single cabinet load up to 300kg. Integrated full sealing structure achieves IP54/IP65 waterproof, dustproof and anti-corrosion performance, effectively protecting internal LiFePO4 battery modules, BMS, wiring harness and control components from rain, sand, humidity and salt spray erosion.

All cabinet dimensions, stacking height, ventilation louvers, cable inlet ports, lock structure, mounting brackets and surface colors can be fully customized to match your battery layout, installation space and outdoor harsh environment requirements.
