  1. Core Forming Processes: Precision Extrusion and CNC Machining

The main casing body typically uses 6063 or 6061 aerospace-grade aluminum alloy, formed through hot extrusion. Heated aluminum rods are forced through dies with specific cross-sections under immense pressure, forming long extrusions with complex internal structures in a single operation. This process efficiently produces integrated structures featuring reinforcing ribs, heat dissipation fins, and internal wiring channels, achieving minimal weight while ensuring ultimate strength. After cutting the extruded profiles to length, all interfaces, openings, and assembly points undergo milling, drilling, and tapping via high-precision CNC machines. This guarantees millimeter-level machining accuracy and seamless assembly.

  1. Surface Treatment Process: The Art of Anodizing

To enhance weather resistance, aesthetics, and tactile feel, most aluminum enclosures undergo anodized surface treatment. This electrochemical process creates a dense, hard oxide layer on the aluminum surface. This layer:

Extremely wear-resistant: Achieves surface hardness exceeding 8 on the Mohs scale, effectively resisting scratches.

Corrosion and UV Resistance: Withstands harsh outdoor conditions like sun exposure, rain, and salt spray without fading or chalking.

Color and Aesthetics: Electrolytic coloring processes reliably impart classic finishes like matte black, space gray, or champagne gold. These hues are uniformly distributed and permanently embedded within the oxide layer, ensuring they never peel off.

  1. Sealing and Protection Process: IP Rating Assurance

Achieving IP65 or higher protection requires critical assembly techniques. Ultra-narrow bezels between enclosures integrate with silicone gaskets and waterproof seals, secured by high-strength die-cast aluminum corner brackets and stainless steel screws for comprehensive sealing. The junction between the front glass and the housing employs either black flexible silicone edging or adhesive sealing. This approach provides shock absorption while completely blocking the ingress of rainwater and dust.
