已解决薄板弯曲变形和门缝不均匀缺陷
薄板金属柜体经数控折弯后容易变形，导致门缝不均匀、密封性差。我们采用回弹补偿模具+多点定位成型技术，严格控制柜体平整度和直线度，使门箱缝隙均匀一致，公差控制在严格范围内，为稳定的防水性能奠定了坚实的基础。
户外应用中固定密封槽错位及漏水风险
普通的切割和组装偏差会降低防护等级，导致雨水渗入。我们采用高精度激光切割+焊后打磨工艺，并配合定制的硅胶密封槽，即使在恶劣的户外风雨环境下，也能确保可靠的IP54/IP65长期防水性能。
消除了现场安装时杆式安装孔位置偏差
预钻支架安装孔通常存在螺距误差，导致电杆安装过程中需要二次钻孔。我们采用一体化一次性冲孔模具，确保孔距一致，无需现场改造即可在圆形和方形电杆上快速安装。
优化表面涂层以解决户外防锈寿命短的问题
传统喷涂工艺经受长期日晒雨淋后容易剥落生锈。我们采用完整的预处理工艺（脱脂+磷化）结合均匀的静电粉末喷涂，显著提升了焊缝和锐边处的涂层覆盖率，从而提供卓越的耐盐雾性能，并将户外使用寿命延长至10年以上。
