Riding the global pet economy, a renowned brand ordered 1,600 sheet metal cabinets in three sizes for cats and small-to-medium dogs, targeting household habitats, pet-store displays and veterinary isolation wards. Pet health and daily cleaning were the design priorities.
Ordinary coatings peeled under claws and bites, while hard surfaces risked injury. Large vent holes let pets escape or trap claws, and urine plus frequent disinfectants corroded unsealed metal. Non-detachable parts made cleaning slow.
SanJun balanced durability and pet safety with a 9H eco-powder film and 304 stainless on high-contact parts. Φ8–10mm holes formed cross-ventilation without letting claws through, while galvanized partitions and drainage bottom trays handled moisture.
The cabinet body is 1.2mm SPCC coated with heavy-metal- and VOC-free eco powder, ventilation panels and door frames are corrosion-proof 304 stainless, and partitions are detachable galvanized trays. Automated spot welding and R3.5mm rounded bends removed every sharp contact point.
The 1,600 sets shipped two days early with a 100% pass rate. Across 300+ homes, 50+ stores and 20+ clinics over eight months, there were zero coating peel, corrosion or pet injury reports, and the client’s sales rose 20%.
