This custom sheet metal enclosure is designed for portable power stations, battery discharge management units and energy storage devices. Fabricated from 6061 aluminum plate with a sand-blasted anodized finish, the housing is lightweight, rigid and corrosion-resistant — ideal for mobile power equipment.
The front panel is laser-cut to match your interface — an LCD display window, household and professional AC outlets, USB and Type-C ports and switches. Ventilation grilles and louvers keep power electronics cool under continuous load. The matte anodized surface resists scratches, and silkscreen printing marks ratings and your brand.
