We adopt bending springback compensation mold + multi-point positioning forming process, ensuring cabinet frame flatness and straightness, gap uniformity between door and box body controlled within tight tolerance.
Uneven cutting and assembly deviation will cause water leakage risk for outdoor application. We implement laser precise blanking + post-weld grinding finishing, match customized silicone sealing grooves accurately, guarantee stable IP54/IP65 waterproof rating after long-term outdoor installation.
Mounting holes for pole clamp brackets are prone to position deviation, resulting in difficult on-site pole installation. We adopt one-time integrated punching jig, ensure hole pitch consistency, quick assembly on round/square poles without secondary drilling adjustment.
Ordinary surface treatment suffers peeling and rust under long sunshine and rain erosion. We apply fully degreasing, phosphating pretreatment plus uniform powder coating, strengthen edge & weld coverage, delivering excellent salt spray resistance and 10+ years outdoor service life.
