ソーラーパネル用クランプは、一定のクランプ開口部サイズが求められます。通常の加工方法では、曲げ反発やクランプ力の不安定化が生じます。当社では、プリコンペンセーション曲げ金型とセグメントプレス成形プロセスを採用することで、反発を精密に制御し、クランプ開口部を均一に保ち、パネルの緩みや滑りを防ぎながら安定したクランプ圧力を実現します。
穴位置のずれと位置決め精度の不正確さを排除

中間クランプの対称取り付け穴は、成形後にずれが生じやすく、現場での取り付け位置合わせが困難になる場合があります。当社では、一体型のパンチング＆位置決め治具を採用することで、穴ピッチ公差を±0.15mm以内に抑え、建設現場でのボルト締めを迅速に行えるようにし、設置効率を大幅に向上させています。
薄板の反りや不均一な成形欠陥を解消しました。

薄い亜鉛メッキ鋼板は、プレス加工後に表面の凹凸が生じやすい。当社では、成形後にレベリング工程を追加し、段階的な圧力プレス加工技術を採用することで、プレスプレート表面の平坦性を確保し、パネルフレームに隙間や局所的な応力変形なくしっかりとフィットさせる。
屋外腐食とエッジバリによる隠れたトラブルを解消

未処理のバリや保護されていないエッジは、長期間屋外にさらされると錆びの原因となります。完全なバリ取りとエッジの丸め処理に加え、カスタマイズされた溶融亜鉛めっき／アルミニウム亜鉛めっき表面処理により、耐塩水噴霧性が向上し、過酷な屋外の雨、雪、紫外線環境にも25年以上対応できます。
