極薄の冷間圧延鋼板／アルミニウム合金板は、曲げ加工後に反りや反発が生じやすい性質があります。当社では、特注の曲げ金型と分割加圧成形プロセスを採用することで、反発値を精密に制御し、成形後の平面度を厳密な範囲内に維持します。
不規則な多曲げ加工を施したブラケットの場合、従来の加工方法では寸法公差が容易に逸脱してしまいます。しかし、当社独自のCNC曲げ補正技術は、全体の公差を±0.1mm以内に抑え、内部電子モジュールの高精度な組み立て要件を満たします。
曲げ線に近い穴は成形後に位置がずれることがよくあります。当社では、穴の中心位置合わせと無理な嵌め込みなしでのスムーズなねじ込みを保証するために、曲げ前の位置決め穴配置と成形後の微調整を採用しています。
狭くて深い曲げ加工溝は、端が潰れたり、バリが粗くなったりする傾向があります。そのため、当社では特殊な小型曲げパンチと、研磨後のバリ取りを徹底的に行うことで、内部部品の取り付け時に端をきれいに保ち、傷のない状態に仕上げています。
自社所有のレーザー切断、CNC精密曲げ加工、タッピング、リベット打ち、研削、表面仕上げ加工工場を保有し、外部委託は一切行わず、コスト管理の向上と完全な生産トレーサビリティを実現しています。
